Once your order is placed, please allow between 2 to 7 business days to process your order. Since each piece is handmade, it can take up to 7 business days to create it, depending on the order amounts.
I’m not a big-box store or Amazon.com so I won’t have thousands of people doing the work for me 🙂 Thanks for your patience!
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped as soon as they have been processed. Shipping is included for the Continental United States. If you require your order to be shipped to Canada or Internationally, you’ll have to pay for shipping.
Please note that once your order is shipped, there could be delays out of my control (i.e., USPS!). If you are in the US and have not received your in 3 weeks, please reach out!
Refund Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds are offered.
If your item is damaged on arrival, please file a claim with USPS.
